Policy’s

Cancellations: If you need to cancel please let me know at least 24 hours before your treatment.
No shows and cancellations on the day will be charged at 50% of your treatment. Appointments can be rearranged but please let me know 24 hours before your treatment times. Ensure you are not late as I work by appointment only and time slots must be stuck to.

Deposits: A 50% deposit will be taken when you book your treatment. Deposits are only refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will also come off the final price which will be paid in salon.

Patch tests: Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours before your treatment. Patch tests applies to, lash extensions, brow and lash tints and spray tans.
